The students of GO's 16th Kitchen Ready training cycle will flex their culinary muscles for this special dinner on Thursday, January 25th in Southside Kitchen. Students will be joined in the kitchen by guest Chef Adam M. Lamb, a chef, educator, culinary career coach, and host of the Chef Life Radio podcast.

Join us to see our latest cycle of Kitchen Ready students in action and celebrate their accomplishments. All proceeds support the Kitchen Ready training program. 

The 3-course menu will feature classic comfort foods.

Spinach Artichoke Dip (vegetarian)
Swedish Meatballs

Vegetable Lasagna with Smoky Tomato Sauce (vegetarian)
Shepherd's Pie with Savory Beef and Vegetables in Gravy and a Mashed Potato Crust

Cream Puffs with Berry Coulis

We will host two seatings for dinner, at 5:30 and 7:00 pm. Be sure to purchase tickets for the seating time you wish to attend. Tickets are required for this event.
